If by ‘better’ you mean rated higher, then yes, a 91 gold is better than an 85 diamond.

Then you should clarify more of what your definition of "better" is b/c the definition of "better" is subjective.

Defensively, Griffey's card is likely better than Martinez's.

Do you need a left-handed batter over a right-handed batter? Then Griffey's card is better.

Do you hit better using Martinez and his stance or are you a better hitter using Griffey and his? Because some people can hit better using certain players than others, regardless of their ratings.

......I have no idea, I don’t play DD. I’d assume the 91 gold is better than an 85 diamond if we’re talking about strictly gameplay wise. But like I said, not positive.
