2 Way Player - RTTS
Does anyone know what position the game assumes you are to start your RTTS? I think I read that you are listed as a SP. When I’m editing my equipment on my ball player, I’m realizing that it’s only showing boosts for pitching stats but not for hitting stats. I have created two different loadouts (one for pitching and one for hitting).Last edited by stormchaserck19; 06-02-2021, 11:11 PM.Currently Playing

The loadouts work fine but the equipment is broken. The loadouts and your attributes work as intended but there’s an equipment bug which makes both loadouts look the same unless you edit your appearance to the correct equipment before every game. Best to start 2 separate RTTS, one as position player, 1 as pitcher and play 4 games hitting, then 1 game pitcher. Your progress and attributes carry over as far as I’ve come to understand via forums and reddit -

Right now when you pitch you will not be boosted past your equipment. So your pitching perks and archetype are not gonna help you. This isn’t the worst thing if you level up your stats pretty high (I bat with a 65 contact/power/vision as a pitcher)Does anyone know what position the game assumes you are to start your RTTS? If you just can’t stand the fact that the game gimps your for hitting when you pitch, you could always adjust sliders for that game to compensate as well.
With this said when you hit pick the right load out and you will hit how you are supposed to hit. I have mentioned in posts before I feel they need to let two archetypes in each load out, one for pitching and one for hitting to compensate for this but for the time being if you pitch a lot on a NL team and want to hit better, the only real choice is to adjust sliders.Comment
