Does anybody have a list of the best community stadiums that actually look close to something an MLB team would build right now?

Finding stuff that isn't a classic remake or aliens or planes flying into building is a pain in the butt.

I have a stadium in the vault called 'Old Station Park'. PSN is Mackrel825.

It's not a modern, futuristic looking stadium, but it's an original design and something that I could definitely see being built in real life. I'm quite proud of it.

I made it with a Portland expansion team in mind, so small market with a blue collar feel.

I intentionally tried to make my "the Show Field" realistic. It's also a small market field for 30k fans as I was making for my home city which isn't big.

I also tried to make all the small details and stadium goer proof with fences and barricades to try and be as realistic as possible.

I have several in the fault that could work for you. PSN Shaze2525. I did concept stadiums for Seattle/Las Vegas but also Sodo Park and NS King could be good options. I do have a few more fictional in there as well.
