Franchise freezing

I just started a franchise and game 1 was fine. Games 2 and 3 froze in the middle and I had to restart the game itself (as in The Show). After the 2nd game froze ( I was winning 3-0) I went back in and simmed it until I won 3-2. I didn't want to play that game all over again. The next game was going as good as the previous. Good hits, good pitching. I was up 2-0 around the 7th inning and it froze again and I had to restart the game itself.

I haven't tried playing another game just yet, I wanted to come here to see if maybe there was an issue or maybe it was just a bad day that day.

**I tried to search the forum for similar posts but it said I didn't have access. The suggested posts that pop up after I put in my thread title were also not connected to this issue.

I’m having issues as well with freezing. Make sure you send a bug report of franchise freezing

No, I believe it was during the animation for a 3rd out to end the inning. It's been a while since I've tried franchise (on vacation at the moment).

Hello,

I’m also experiencing the game freezing and rebooting by itself.

I’m playing on Xbox one x.
I’m starting year 2, and after I completed my offseason signing, when I’m in the Calendar
and click on my first preseason game the game locks then reboots, I can’t get passed this.

Anyone seen this before

What system are you experiencing freezes on? Digital or physical?

I played 2 games last night and one this morning (franchise/PS4) and didn't experience any freezes.

My initial suggestion would be to un-install and then re-install the game and see if that doesn't correct the issue.

Game is digital ver.

Oh also forgot to mention, during the off-season I rebranded my team, but kept current stadium, not sure if this has anything to do with it?

How do I go about saving all my in game saves to an external device so I can delete and reinstall the game? and how do I re-import them?

Thanks, no worries.

Been doing some googling and from what I understand is as long as you have Xbox live if I delete a game it should auto store my saves to cloud and will auto install once I re-install the game.

We shall see I will delete my game and see it it’s true or not lol
