Re: OSFM 22
Wouldn't be worried to much this year the lockout will keep the rosters ready day 1 when the game is out. apart from replacing the fake players with minors.
They must be tired of having to do face work yet again though with no Y2Y imports.Comment

Re: OSFM 22
I was debating just using the SDS Default rosters for my franchise and jumping in day one
With Full Minors already in game day 1, what would benefit of waiting for OSFM be?

Re: OSFM 22
No fake players is the main benefit but yeah I was thinking about this recently, where apart from a handful of important players, *most* of the guys I care about will be in at launch. Getting AA and A correct and full of real guys was always the main appeal for me, but after all these years I’m pretty sure the SDS rosters will be fine. If anyone pops up who needs to be in I can just create them. Giving a rip about all these guys who may not see the bigs for another 3-5 years (if ever) is starting to strike me as a little pedantic and not something I need to wait around for anymore.Just one man’s opinion.
I don’t actually care about any of this.Comment

Wouldn't be so bad if there was a import player into franchise option. that is why it is good to have the rosters and all players available that you can.No fake players is the main benefit but yeah I was thinking about this recently, where apart from a handful of important players, *most* of the guys I care about will be in at launch. That’s the thing, relatively small things like this would go a long way towards improving the franchise experience. But we can’t even get small improvements like this from SDS.Comment

Unless I’m mistaken, aren’t there no fake players at launch now with Full Minors?
I know there will be some players not in the game at launch (moreso players already with MLB service time) and they’ll need to be added manually
But for the most part there aren’t any fake players

I didn't know they hired Knight. I know he left and I haven't seen him here in years. I always wondered if he was ok (He was the firefighter in NY I believe) or got tired of the "when are the rosters going to be released" questions over and over. Has anyone heard from Knight?Comment
