Been a few years since I last played The Show. I created a Closer and was drafted by the Blue Jays. With them my potential was a A in Double A ball. Some how my file got corrupt, and I created another player. I ended up being drafted by the Rockies this time around. I am at the Allstar break, and still at a F rating in my potential. How or what can I do to improve it? Also does being drafted by certain teams matter as well?

I wouldn't worry about it, it doesn't affect anything. Potential grades are for regular players in franchise mode, in Rtts your attributes progress in a different way.
