Franchise glitch - auto tasks

I just got a PS5 and the Show. I’m having a problem in franchise mode where even though I have all tasks set to manual the computer keeps auto’ing everything. It keeps changing my lineups and calling up players.

Anyone else run into this or have a fix?

Are you talking about when you start a Franchise or are you in the middle of a Franchise and it's till happening?

So it looks like it might be tied to which (sim, competitive) mode you choose. Looks like sim might be the answer even if you chose to do stuff manually that mode seems to matter.

It was a new franchise and it was auto correcting lineups and such right away, adjusting my 40man and so on.

But I may have fixed it. Basically whichever of the three modes that is set to be the most manual matters no matter your individual selections

This happened to me too. I just started a new franchise, turned everything to manual at the start. Just got to the last day of spring training and trimmed roster to 26. Advanced to regular season and CPU had performed a couple call ups and send downs.

Is there a fix for this?
