How long is career mode?

and do other fighters retire after so many years in the league?

thanks,
dana white forced me to retire i think 8 or 9 years into it. i had just won the welterweight title and defended it proabbly 6 times and i just randomly retired lol

7 years - and I don't believe CPU fighters retire, no.

Do you age in career mode?

I want to know if i should make my guy my age (26) or if I should make him 18 so he'll be my age when he retires and I use him in exhibitions?

I made a 26 year old and it's year 2 and he's still 26

I do not believe so.

I believe though if you create a fighter outside of career (normal CAF), you can port that fighters likeness over to your career. Consequently, if you decide to quit, you don't have to continuously remake the fighter, they are already saved.
