Yeah, I dunno what's up with the sound. I can hear it fine in my Pinnacle software.

Could be Justin TV - I've heard other people saying they can't get the sound to work on it. Maybe there's a setting or something you're missing? I dunno.

Yeah I really don't know what's up with the Dazzle and audio on Justin.tv. The card works fine itself and there's perfect clear audio when you do a normal capture, but for whatever reason, it doesn't work for Justin.TV. I've just been broadcasting music off my hard drive (designate your sound card as the audio device) since I can't figure out what the deal is. I guess I should e-mail them or check around the forums for an answer.

Glad to see someone else using their Dazzle for live broadcasts.. should increase the chances of a live championship match broadcast.

As far as taking screenshots, the way I did it was to save the video (there's an option to save after the broadcast is over in Adobe Live Media Encoder) and then use VLC Media Player to get the snapshots. Otherwise I think you'd have to figure out a way to get it to full screen size and then do a CTRL+PrintScreen like normal...

Is it possible when you selected your input devices, that you selected the wrong input for the audio?

I haven't hooked it up yet, but I went through the setup, and I had to pick from 3 of my audio jacks (mic, line-in, etc)... Maybe you selected the wrong jack on the computer to read the audio, though, so it's not picking it up?

I'm not sure how the dazzle plugs in, so I could be wrong.

edit: got mine working with sound now. Make sure to check on the broadcast screen if the audio thing is muted - mine was... I had to unmute that; and make sure you're selecting the right audio in port on the site. Click settings and double check it.

Still doesn't work. Won't let me click the volume thing beside the broadcast status. Can hear audio fine in my dazzle program and stuff.

you know what - IE wouldn't let me either - I had to use Firefox, and it worked.

I'm using IE to steam it, and I noticed that too. For some reason FF now won't see my card on the "best" streaming setting.

My firefox won't even let me detect the bandwidth quality because of noscript and adblock

ah - I just allowed the site and it worked fine.

EDIT: just realized - it's the quality. For some reason when I start broadcasting under Good - I can click the audio on and off; when I try Best, it won't let me.
