this might explain the pic someone saw where Rich Franklin picture was on the wall next to Chuck instead of Titos . She has filed a restraining order on him too. Video on TMZ shows her and her dad packing his stuff up in the car and taking it to the police station.

he didn't "smack her around" or "beat her up" ...look at her. There isn't a scratch on her. It looks like he scared the ship out of her more than anything else. That arm brace looks like something Saul from Breaking Bad would have in his office.

People automatically think he beat the hell out of her because she's a woman who called the police and he is an MMA fighter.

Yeah, who knows what happened. Perhaps it was just a shouting match and the dad freaked and called the cops.

Honestly, it'd be a good thing for Tito to get out of that relationship, although with two little babies, that's easier said than done. She was the one stirring the pot in 08-09 with Dana and the UFC. Very annoying.

At this point i can care less about Tito unless he's in a cage fighting and even then my interest isn't high. Dana has said he can fire Tito for this but i think he's waiting for all the facts to come out.

Tito is blamming Jenna's oxycontin addiction for this. Hard to really believe either one and i doubt we'll ever really know the truth but at this point i really dont care but i seriously doubt he hit her because you would see evidence of that. If anything he grabbed her arm and her dad being an ex cop called the police.

Going off of what I know now I dont see anything that Tito actually did. From what I understand, Tito found some oxycontin around the house Monday morning and confronted her on it, she freaked and they got into a fight, the Dad saw some scratches on her elbow and called the cops who then arrested him on suspicion of domestic violence. After some more facts came out apparently Jenna's own Dad started to shift his support to Tito going as far as to bring him clothes at the jail when he was released on bail. Of course Tito's attorney is saying that the scratches on her elbow are merely from her own doing and that oxycontin can cause people to struggle with balance which led to her falling and suffering those very scratches. As of right now, it certainly doesnt look like Tito did **** and even now Jenna is wanting to work things out even though earlier in the day she was moving his stuff out while he was in jail. Jenna needs help, plain and simple.
