Ive been really avoiding topics on this game so Im probably late to the party but whats this I hear about having to have a code to play online or else you have to pay 5.00 to unlock it? Quite frankly I guess renting it from Gamefly has a distinct disadvantage knowing this now.

It's just the evolution of online gaming. Developers feel they're being shafted when distributors are selling used games to customers so they're giving incentive to buy the game new. Basically, if you buy new, you get the code for free to play online. If you buy used, you have to pay extra to get the code.

Not a big fan of it but Im gonna leave it at that as I know this was all discussed in the Madden thread. I just wasnt aware that it had crossed over to UFC, I thought it was an EA thing only at this point so it caught me off gaurd when I saw the info on the Gamefly website.
