online is very weird. its like the moves are not excute correctly. im moving the right analog stick up and down to block accordingly but it doesnt work. then im try to get out of transition when people grab me but it doesnt work. am i doing somethin wrong or what.

The cage play is deadly. I never really used it to its full potential in the demo. You can really do some damage in the Muay Thai plum when the guy is pressed against the cage. I got in about 10 uppercuts/knees then when he finally pushed me off, I gave two more uppercuts, one to rock him sending him bouncing off the cage into my second one, flooring him. Good night.

Compensate for the lag is all I can say. I'm doing just fine with it. Actually, I just timed a perfect KO on Rashad. He went for a head kick and I stepped back just before it hit me followed by a head kick of my own. When Rashad turned his head back to me after spinning from the whiffed head kick, he saw my foot on his face. Another former LHW champ KO'd from a Bones head kick.

do you block with the right analog or the r2 button which is better?

I was Cain Velasquez fighting Dan Severn. When you pin your opponent on the cage in the plum, you can deliver knees to the face no matter who you are. I'd have to go into practice mode to see if the damage is significantly less and I should just stick to punches.

The right analog is a catch counter. You have to time it perfectly in order for it to be successful. If you aren't comfortable with the lag and your timing, I don't recommend going for catch counters because it leaves you open for a shot if timed wrong. When I feel someone is looking to throw a kick, I jump back by flicking the LS backwards and them punish them for thinking they could land something so awesome against me by hitting them with the same thing they just tried to hit me with.

Re: Official "UFC Undisputed 2010" Impressions

Damn, I wish I could save these highlights. I just decimated a GSP with Thiago Alves. Apart from my usual reversal and mount dominations, we got back to the feet and he thought since I was so good on the ground, I had no striking ability. He walks right up to my face and holds the grapple block as if he was trying to say "All you do is take me down." So I threw to his face and then he tried to spam elbows at me. I leaned back and countered with two power shots for every careless elbow he threw. Finally rocked him on his feet with an uppercut then kicked him in the face to knock him out so bad he couldn't get up for the decision. These new editions make this game so gratifying.
