look who I met today (post pics of you and MMA stars)

So I met Dan Hardy and Roy Nelson Today. Like I said in another thread I'd do the 'weigh in' pose to avoid the standard fighter shot it the fist in front. The one with the girl I had to post because of the funny buddah belly rub.

the problem I found was this huge line-up of people, dudes started copying me, so I think you'll start to see this become major common place, and I won't do it anymore. With Roy I wanted to do the crane technique from karate kid, but I forgot.


Anyway, both super nice guys, especially Dan actually. Roy's got a good sense of humour too as he asked if I was going to undress when I said let's do the weigh in pose. lol

yeah "movember"...if I had shaved the rest of my face it really stands out. you can't really tell in these but it's a pretty serious mustache. It will be gone the nanosecon november is over though lol.

It's weird, because I've never met ANY pro athletes, but also met Rashad late September.

Roy is a bit smaller than I expected and Dan slightly larger, we're very close to being the same size only he has massive forearms and pretty big traps.

I'd like to meet GSP at some point and for some reason I've always thought it would be just too awesome to go drinking with Shaq lol

thats awesome and the weigh in pose with Roy looks great. I dont have any of the pics but i met Kurt Pellegrino because my buddy used to train with him and in the group picture we took i went with the shaka hand sign.

Damn Dan Hardy has some big arms. His arm is like both of yours combined.

his forarms are huge, his upper arms are pretty much the same size as mine. I lift weights though...but his forearms near the elbow is what really stuck out to me in person more than anything else.
