Sonnen is a cheater and a crook yet I'm still a huge fan. The strange thing is that Sonnen wasn't like this until very recently. He didn't talk **** or crack jokes like this until the Fight Club Q&A at UFC 115.

I want to see Sonnen walk out with Okami wearing a bulletproof vest, lol.

So is this the first time the UFC has matched up a guy coming off a win with a guy coming off a loss? I know they dont usually like to do this but I guess they made an exception this time.

No. It happens more than you think. For example the main event of UFC 131 was one guy coming off a win (JDS) against a guy coming off a loss (Carwin).

Even in the most recent co-main event we had Leben (lost his previous fight) vs. Silva (won his previous fight).

Well in this case it works just because of how dominant Sonnen was over Silva, with proper or improper benefits of testosterone, I have no clue. If Stann pulls this off I think he is up for a title shot.

Yep and in the JDS/Carwin fight it also made sense because of how Carwin pretty much beasted Lesnar up until he gassed out. That fight should have gone to Carwin.

I'm still very confused about Sonnen in terms of his treatments. Is he allowed to be on it going forward? I wanna see what this guy can do without the extra boost. He started taking the treatment in 2008.

He still doesn't know how to defend a triangle to save his life. Sonnen is good, but if he can't deend a simple submission there is something wrong. I still believe he will beat Stann easily, but Stann has won a UFC fight via triangle, so he has a chance.

What he do now? He is going to get himself killed if he tries and goes to Brazil, coming out in Okami's corner..
