great interview. He's constantly getting better at asking questions and shaping his interviews so that we really get to know these athletes and their stories.

Good job by brock too, he just took in the questions and put thought into them and answered them honestly.

I guess that's what 24/7 is for, but this is one area the UFC could improve on is actually selling the real people in the sport and sharing their personalities. They already do a very good job, but many of the pre-fight interviews are just crap tough guy stuff...and it goes with the sport, but on PPV night there's always more room to let people get to know the fighters. Nothing wrong with selling fights and hyping the animosity, but Ariel takes it to another level that the casual fan would never see.

having said all that, the UFC is already taking strides in this direction recently especially - but people love stories much more than "I'm gonna knock his *** out" stuff.
