Ramsey got time on his side, so he should be okay (especially if GSP ever moves up). Tony idk. I'm not sure he will be better than middle of the road, but we'll see soon.

Disappointed obviously that Pettis didn't win, but at the exact same time, if you can't stop Clay Guida from backpacking you, you certainly aren't going to stop Frankie or Gray from doing the same. Saved us a potential 25 minute wrestle-control decision.

Clay Guida vs the winner of Bendo / Jim Miller sounds like a nice #1 contender fight.

Re: The Ultimate Fighter 13 Finale 6/4

Guida is far from the best wrestler in the division also, so it does say something as to how easy it was for him to take Pettis down. I did give the first round to Pettis because of his aggressive guard while Guida wasn't doing much, but Guida controlled him well enough in round 2 and 3.

The one thing I don't understand is why the crowd loves a guy like Guida but will boo Fitch out of the building when they fight a similar style.

Also I bet by 2013 that neither Ferguson or Nijem are still in the UFC. Myles Jury has the best shot of staying in the UFC out of anyone from this TUF season.

I feel you on the love for Guida.

I do think he is a different fighter though than Fitch. Guida seems to just have more action but I agree with you in a sense.

I really didn't feel that performance tonight but whatever.

He's a lot more active in the standup, but that's because he just bounces around the cage like a fool. When they grapple they both have a similar grinding style of putting guys up against the cage and smothering them in guard.

Fitch has never had a fight like Sanchez/Guida, thats why. Im not even a Guida fan.

I was watching that thinking Guida is a more entertaining version of Fitch.
Wasn't quite as exciting as hoped but at least Pettis threw a hurricane kick off the cage.
