****! First Diaz gets pulled from the fight and now GSP goes down with an injury, this thing just isn't meant to be or something. Super disappointed in this news.

You know who the biggest winner is ......Josh Koscheck and Jon Fitch. They werent getting another shot unless GSP vacated. Now I could see either fighting the Condit/Diaz winner in the spring/summer.

Re: UFC 143- St. Pierre v. Diaz - Februrary 4

Assuming the rehab goes well and GSP comes back to fight in Nov 2012, that means in a span of roughly 4 years (starting from Jan 31, 2009) he would have only been in 6 fights.

I know injuries are a part of the sport, but even when the top guys are healthy, they don't fight enough.

It's pretty rare to see elite level guys fight 3 times in 12 months.

Now Koscheck doesn't have a fight and all the other top 170 guys are booked up, I think this is a good time to have W. Silva vs. Koscheck (this is a fight Koscheck asked for).

I am not surprised GSP got hurt.......I had a feeling it was going to happen. That card was stacking up to be too damn good to come true LOL.
