During an appearance on Jim Rome’s nationally syndicated radio show, White was asked point blank if Sonnen would indeed get the rematch he’s been seeking for months.

“It’s the fight that everybody wants to see, people want to see Chael vs. Anderson. Anderson is in this position where he feels like this guy is so disrespectful he doesn’t want to give him a shot, but Anderson will end up fighting Chael Sonnen,” White confirmed.

“The answer is yes.”

Chael has great wrestling but I think Anderson will beat him easily.

Not so much badly hurt, but I do believe it hurt his performance. Also Sonnen was on roids.

That's a valid point. I think the combination of both hurt him. I also believe he underestimated Sonnen. I still think a guy with very dangerous guard game and amazing standup like he does will have give Sonnen fits.
He hit Silva with everything he had and he still lost.

I have to believe Silva was pretty hurt. Seeing all of Silva's UFC fights and most of his Pride fights, he was just a different dude. Also like red said, he took Sonnen's best, and still won.

Sonnen said he'd leave the UFC if he loses to Anderson Silva, lets hope Silva makes this come true.
