in the last 2 games every 5 round fight was a title fight until the recent rule change. Now that there are 5 round main events - will every 5 rounder in ufc 3 be a title fight? I dont remember reading anything about that from the devs

Nope, they confirmed that the change came too late and they weren't able to add it end. It would take a little bit of programming because all 5 round fights are tied to the title fight cutscenes and fight introductions. They said they may try to patch it.
