Yeah Lima was able to see what MVP wanted to do, he reacted so quick with that chopping leg kick. MVP didn't look different from when he started few years ago, it was the same style he comes in wanting to do something, whereas Lima just adapted to what was happening.

Own DAZN and so far I've enjoyed the Bellator cards more than UFC's. Last nights was no different. Highly entertaining.
But man, Rampage needs to call it a career. He is one of my fav MMA fighters of all time, but he didn't offer anything and was scorched by Fedor.
Time to walk away.

Rampage taking a page out of the Bob Sapp playbook at the end of the fight.

Re: The Official Bellator Thread

If the old legends have to fight I'm okay with them fighting eachother. People give Bellator **** for it, but I'd rather see Wanderlei fight Fedor than a Ryan Bader, or god forbid; a Francis NGannou.

That being said, I didn't watch the fight.

Here's one big pet peeve I have with Bellator and ONE: The commentators. It's something I think UFC has gotten very lucky with. Joe Rogan has brought with him a very independent voice and the other UFC commenators have followed suit. Bashing refs, judges, doctors, corner advice. these are things I long for whenever I watch Bellator. If a fight sucks, say it like it is Big John!

He showed up to get paid and lose to a legend. He didn't look like he trained at all. I think he really was hurt and then just decided to give up instead of getting punched more.

Re: The Official Bellator Thread

There are some interesting fights on the Bellator card this weekend:

Cyborg vs. Julia Budd
Darrion Caldwell vs. Adam Borics
Henry Corrales vs. Juan Archuleta

Raymond Daniels is on the card too. He's a must-watch no matter who he fights, so I'm all in for that one. Sergio Pettis is making his Bellator debut, and Aaron Pico is giving it another shot (this time on the undercard).

Hoping for a good one after watching that Rampage embarrassment last time.

Re: The Official Bellator Thread

I agree

I'm pretty psyched for the Budd vs Cyborg fight. This must be a top 10 biggest women's fight of all time, and it's flying under the radar since Cyborg isn't in the UFC anymore

Tapology's Women's P4P #3 vs #11. Budd is no joke.

Also to note; Ex-UFC fighters Sergio Pettis and Curtis Millender making their debut here.

Just bought tickets to this one. Cyborg is one of the few greats that I havent seen live so I need to knock her off the list.
