UFC Fight Night: Brown vs. Silva - May 10 - FS1

I would've liked to see Matt Brown get someone higher on the food chain, but Erick Silva is a good fighter nevertheless. Cruickshank/Koch should be a lot of fun too.

The card now includes:

Matt Brown vs. Erick Silva
Daron Cruickshank vs. Erik Koch
Lorenz Larkin vs. Constantinos Philippou
Justin Salas vs. Ben Wall
Ed Herman vs. Rafael Natal
Soa Palelei vs. Ruan Potts
Manny Gamburyan vs. Nik Lentz
Kyoji Horiguchi vs. Darrell Montague
Chris Cariaso vs. Louis Smolka
Yan Cabral vs. Alexander Yakovlev
Johnny Eduardo vs. Eddie Wineland

This event is in Cincy, but I don't think I'm going to go. The main event is good, but quite frankly the rest of it sucks. Kyoji Horiguchi's flyweight debut will be nice, as well as Cruick/Koch but Herman vs Natal & Larkin vs Costa on the main card is terrible.

This is what is going to happen now that they are trying to get Fight Pass going. They are taking main card fights away from FOX & PV cards and putting them as on there as main events. Its going to be interesting to see what FOX thinks about this or if PPV drops. They are expanding too fast I think without first building up the fighter base. They are trying to get people to pay then while they build the # of fighters.

I cant agree with this. Whats the difference between this headline fight and Kennedy vs. Natal or Maia v. Shields or Maia which were headliners on FS1 last year before Fight Pass? Also, Fight Pass has nothing to do with this. There is only one Fight Pass card currently scheduled after this weekend until the start of July.

Brown is headlining because he's from Cincinnati, is an exciting fighter who has raised his profile fighting on Fox and is on a big winning streak.

This is going to be a long main card with 6 fights starting at 10pm, don't think I'll watch it live.

Cruishank looked exceptional in his last fight and Koch is always a good show. That should be a fine match. Can't wait to see Brown back in there but I hope Silva starts a great run here.

I heard they were giving tickets out so I went down to the weigh ins to see if I could get some. No dice
Card is going to be good though. The Silva-Brown staredown was awesome.
