I agree with this. I posted on another forum that there won't be as much action in this fight, probably not even close. I expect a lot of Jones doing everything he can keeping DC at range and DC just trying anything he can to get close and put hands on Jones.

I'm just hoping and praying it isn't a 5 round clinch war.

I just want to see DC powerslam Jones. Jones is a skinny dude and DC slammed thick dudes at heavy weight, so he should have no problem slamming Jones skinny self.

I was also looking forward to Jones vs Gustaffson 2, however Daniel Cormier stepping into the match should be awesome. We shall see how his choice to postpone his knee surgery pays off, and I do think that Cormier can win the match and take the title.

Everyone has also been talking about McGregor vs Poirier, which should be a great fight, but the one that I am interested in is Nunes vs Zingano. If Dana White's negotiation with Gina Carano breaks down, and Cat Zingano wins again, will he have no choice but to name her the #1 contender for Ronda Rousey? I think that if the Carano deal doesn't work, then Zingano should get the title shot.

Should be a very fun card indeed.

I'm also all in for the Romero fight. I think he's going to maul Kennedy. Then he needs a top 5 guy, he's not getting any younger.

DC was on the Ariel show today, a few notes:

-DC and Diamond went to the same high school in Louisiana, now they're headlining the same card. Cajuns are gonna be hyped that night
-DC says he will reach out to Machida and Anderson to train with
-DC confident that Jones' reach advantage won't matter which leads me to believe he's going to try to hug it out with him, get inside
-DC said he would be disappointed if Jones didn't target the injured knee

I thought Ariel had a good show today, liked when CM punk called in for DC.

Ariel's show is always a must-listen for me. Last week was hilarious when Dustin was on and was super pissed at Conor.

I liked today's show too, good insight from Rashad Evans, Jonny Hendricks and didn't know Brandon Schaub was dating Rousey. So random.
