Iirc it was a very even 1st round, then Aldo illegally grabbed the cage to stuff the takedown, and hit the knee on Mendes' off balance re shot.

Has anyone noticed if Mendes beats aldo(highly unlikely but still) all the champions in ufc will be american? 'murica!
