Just go to a Buffalo Wild Wings or some sports bar that is showing the fight.

I had a couple of friends tell me today that they were planning on ordering the PPV. They don't really follow MMA, but they usually say something to me whenever Jon Jones has a fight. He definitely moves the needle as Dana likes to say. Cormier being a beast and the rivalry that they have adds that much more interest to this fight for people who aren't big fans of the sport.

Steelers game should be over by 11 right? The main event wont start until 11:30 at the earliest. Also, you could always watch it on your CPU. There are legal and illegal ways to do that.

The interest is just higher for this fight all around. Sportscenter did a whole segment about the fight yesterday (which they rarely do unless its Brock or GSP).

Have been waiting for this fight for so long. Once I heard it got pushed back I just had to come over for it. Has anyone ever attended a ufc event at mgm? What is the seating etc like? Thanks. Go Bones!

I've been to three fights at the MGM. Rampage/Evans, Rampage/Hamill and UFC 178. For Rampage/Evans, I had nosebleed seats and they were still decent. The arena isnt that big (only fits 12-13k) so even upper level seats are decent. For 178, I had seats 10 rows from the floor and they were damn good. Didnt need the screens for anything other than when the fight went to the ground.

My only complaint about the MGM is there is only one entrance and exit. So if you dont arrive before the PPV, you will be waiting in line for a while to get into the arena. When you leave it could take up to an hour because of the one exit and the fact that the crowd merges with the casino crowd.

All and all, the MGM is a solid arena and you will have a good time.

Awesome thanks for the info. I think im 22 rows or so back from the floor. So hopefully its good and i dont have any cameraman etc obscuring my view. But damn do that many people really not bother with the prelim fights? I intended to head in after the fight pass fights. So with any luck no waiting. I did caught in a big crowd of people leaving the grand garden last night for a justin timberlake concert which i don't even think was sold out, and yeah that was very busy. You would think they would do something about it.

Its Vegas man. People are too cool to come early. I've been to 10 UFCs and the only ones where people wait until the PPV to come is the ones in Vegas.

22 rows is perfect. The cage wont block you (which is a problem with sitting on the floor) and you are close enough to not have use the screens to see the striking.
