ONE Championship signs deal with Turner Sports.

Wow, this is an interesting and very surprising deal to me. Looks like I'll still seeing my boy Mighty Mouse on American television.

I Wonder how they'll set up the broadcasting. Tape delay from Asia?

Now we got PFL on NBC Sports.
DAZN mowing up every promotions with Bellator, Combate, etc, etc.
Now we got ONE on TNT?

In the meantime you have the UFC trying hard to over-saturate the market.

It depends on if they will be adjusting some of the start times or not. If they start cards later like the UFC does in EST, then it isn't that bad. 12 hours or so difference isn't terrible, but could be worse for Japan fights.

Either way, they need to show them live on TV. They can't be making much on night/early programming of reruns or old shows.

I'm not sitting through a tape delay like Bellator has done it where there is a 2-3 min commercial break between rounds. So I'll just record like I would have the live show.

Re: ONE Championship signs deal with Turner Sports.

Terrible news as the fights will be on B/R live, for a fee. Some larger fights with US fighters will be taped delayed on TNT. Stupid move to even bother with writing a contract to tap delay fights around 12 hours or streaming during hours when. People are sleeping.

MMA fans lose again. Streaming is causing everything to be split up and at higher prices. ESPN+ $5, DAZN $10, BR LIVE $10 plus cable subscription. Way to much money, harder to pause and skip commercials and down time, so looks like I won't be watching a lot of MMA in the next year.

Another sports app. They primarily show Champions League soccer matches.
