I kind of fear a Wonderboy - Till scenario but let's hope for some fireworks.

Main event now. Israel Adesanya v Anderson Silva.

Adesanya likely wins by decision imo. He is the rightful favorite. Silva's best chance is a finish and his grappling fallback. Adesanya said he's gonna cut off Silva while Silva circles.

Let's see what happens...

I feel like we'll see Adesanya try to put the pressure on Silva, while Silva will probably stay patient and try to counter. This is still Anderson Silva, so i'm sure if anyone can pull something off it'll be him, but I think Adesanya is too skilled to get caught by anything tricky. Idk what's gonna happen honestly, but I expect Adesanya to win by either a finish on the feet or decision. I feel like we'll see the passing of the tourch in this one.

Wow that 1st round was entertaining as hell. Anderson still looking kinda sharp with his head movement...looking waay better than I thought he would.

Passing of the tourch right there. Anderson looked great though. He can definitely still compete at age 44.

wish it was 5 rounds as they are both low-output

I think anderson could have pulled it out and i was certainly pulling for him.

Yh never know. Anderson did really well for going toe to toe with a skilled young striker like Adesanya and showed he can still compete at this lvl. He was out struck, but a lot of that had to do with him being the older fighter and the fact that he sometimes likes to eat strikes to play mind games with the opponent.
