That's my main reasoning for questioning the ratings. I was comparing it to players that are higher up in the prospect ratings.

Anyways, I simmed 20 games with your Fiorentino CAP in the MLB and him starting. I still think this is a little overrated, but here is what happened.
70 AB, .357 AVG, 3 HR, 9 RBI, .571 SLG, .440 OBP, 0 SB
Hmm, the power is definitely too high, then. I can see Fiorentino's power ratings are too high just based on the stats, plus the comparison to Howard.

Also, I think the sample size for those sim stats is a little small. I certainly wouldn't make substantial edits to an existing player based on 70 AB, nor would I judge the accuracy of a CAP on 70 AB. On average, a hitter with 64/48 contact ratings should hit about .240/.190, and I think the reason he hit .357 is that its a small sample size and the game often gives unexpected results (because that's how baseball is, after all).

Anyway, these are the changes I made:
Power vs RHP: 52
Power vs LHP: 40

What do you think? Definitely an improvement, right? :P It makes him a mediocre MLB hitter, very low-rated compared to most other MLB players, yet still worthy of calling up for some short injury-replacement stints.

I would. Here's the problem....with so many Mike Burns in the world it's impossible to find anything tangible on the guy other than name, birthdate, height, weight and what side of the plate he bats on and throws with which arm......
