I'm not so sure. The things they're proposing will take some time and they probably need the season to start for them to be accurate. Not to say they couldn't produce version 1 of all minors, but it would be pretty bare bones.

Honestly, I haven't seen the authors post at all and I'm not aware of their time table. It'd be great to have something soon though to play around in dynasty mode.

I believe they said they expected the full minors to be completed sometime around opening day. Right now, I believe it's just a handful of teams who have their entire MLB-A rosters implemented (the AL West, and a few other random teams).

Thanks to some great documentation of most of the changes, you can see that a few teams are taking shape, as well as a few players like Kelly Shoppach of the Paw Sox they decided to create. The ball is rolling...
