dubplate...open the file in winrar..drag the roster file out of winrar and place it on the desktop. open ar and then drag the file into ar with the memory card in the AR cradle....it should work. i just did that and it worked.....

Action Replay cannot read a rar file it can read zip. But ya your right it should be easier and it should be zipped instead of rar since Winrar handles zip also there is no excuse not to. But then again not all xboxers use that Action Replay product or AR Max they use the open source version from http://www.xboxsaves.com/ since there are so many save managers out there its really hard to get mad. Just make sure for Action Replay your root is named UDATA/45410056/ (4 folders) then just zip the Udata up with all the contents and drag it in Action Replay will recognize it as a MVP save.

The reason they use WINRAR is so that they can include a .txt file with the download stating what has been changed from version to version. I guess they could zip the .zip file and include the .txt in the first .zip file, but it might be confusing for some.

Just got home and DLed the PS2 rosters...very impressed as I was with the previous ones.

The first thing I checked was Kelly Shoppach since they mentioned they had created him. Birthday, exact height and weight, even a pretty good rendition of his batting stance all included. The thing that's great is comparing him to the no-name player they used from version 3.2, who was 10 pounds lighter, born in June, and had a different stance. I seriously can't wait until all the minor league players get this treatment and are edited in ways we console users just can't edit. Very pleased.

The WinRaR format is not the problem, atleast for me. Getting rosters to actually load IN GAME after I've seperated the zip file and dragged it into the AR is the problem. It says Unable to load rosters or something.

I did exactly as listed above, infact it was the first way I did it, and no luck for me. Other saves come off just fine on the AR card, so I'm inclined to believe it has more to do w/ the save instead of the compression format or dragging the wrong part of the file, atleast in my case.
