Yup, it's true! The Gillette Shaving Company is based here in Boston and they are providing the funds for the Boston Public Libraries' reading and tutoring programs for youngsters. Johnny will not get any $$$ for the event (he doesn't want any).

Oh, by the way, just the beard is going. Not the shoulder length hair. Damon said he can grow the beard back in 2 weeks. I don't know about you, but I can't grow that much facial hair in 2 weeks!

Alot of the new guys on the Yankess still have beards and goatees, plus EA made Enrique Wilson and Giambi are fat asses, I think they should be athletic build, especially since Giambi has slimmed down. Enrique could use a new face too. Bubba Crosby needs his goat shaved and Tony Clark's face looks terrible. I think A-rod may still have Delgado's stance. I love your rosters and would appericiate any of you making any of these changes if possible.

I have also kinda remembered seeing the twins Joe Mauer's actual picture in the game off of one of the rosters i got off codejunkies a long *** time ago. I could be wrong. Is it hidden in the game or am i just smokin too much?

Barry Bonds needs some batting gloves and i dont think he wears a shin gaurd. I think Glaus's stance would better suit him as well.

Re: MVP Baseball 2004 Roster Discussion

Hey Gomer,
Here is more info for the rosters, CUBS- Derek Lee stance is upright, Carlos is to fat and needs a sinker. Maddux needs a sinker. Corey needs to be faster EA has him to slow. Barret needs a raise in contact for both R an L. Clement needs a changeup. Any thing else I will let you know.
Thanks

If you are seeing Delgado as A-Rods stance then you have an older version!
that was changed 2 versions ago!

I thought this was the stance used in your lastest file (released 5/5). The one here, or here for PS2.

<hr /></blockquote><font class="post">

It IS the stance in the update. It has DELGADO, NOT A-ROD.

The roster file says GOMERKERN, not like the past ones that have been called GOMERPYLE.

Gomer
Good call on Clark (is he still fat?) and Crosby. I cant wait to use 'em even though they suck!
Could you please give Enrique Wilson a new face and make Giambi athletic bulid, that would be awesome.
