What do you guys get for pitches per inning with these sliders? Both for your pitchers and the opposing pitcher.

hey PARED, are the sliders that you are using different from the ones that are posted in your signature? also, can you tell us what your exact options are...fielding cam, batting cam, etc...all the stuff in gameplay options. i want to play the same game your playing, and see if it really is heaven, cuz you seem pretty set with your sliders/options. thanks! also, vinbration: on/off

Any one notice that the infielders get to everything? Middle infielders running halfway out to the outfield to make catches? I really like your Sliders, but I might have to try to slow down the infielders even more to see if this helps. No "seeing" eye singles, they get to everything. I am 2-5 with the mets so far, (I can't hit) I am working on it though, gotta be more selective at the plate I guess. Nice work on the Sliders!

I was expeirencing this at first too, but then after a while, I started getting usually a homerun a game, sometimes 2-3. Just depends. Waiting for the right pitch is the key.

Re: Pared's MVP 2005 Gameplay Sliders

I'm giving up at least 2 homers per game, EVERY game. The computer is scoring 70% of their runs this way and it's rather annoying. Plus, I never strike out more than 6 or 7 per game, and sometimes only K two guys in a game. My pitching stats are brutel and I am getting shelled. Hitting is not a problem, but I'm tired of losing games 8-5 most of the time. I'm 0-7 thus far and have blown two saves with the Twins.

Any suggestions on how to strike more guys out, and cut down on the homers?
