Mvp baseball 05 draft question

I was wondering if it’s possible to create draft prospects before the draft? I wanted to add the first round and other notable players from that year. Or would I have let the cpu created players be drafted then go to the team that drafted them and edit them to be one of the 2005 real life drafted players? Can you change their height weight as well?

There is no option to do this in MVP 05. You could keep track of all the guys drafted and find them/edit them afterward, but you wouldn't be able to edit heights/weights either.
