Yeah, I was thinking though that we were seeing coaches in the dugouts during cut scence and I was wondering if we can fire those guys and hire a new coach.Owner, Spear Interactive

You are really the Manager and GM.
However, last year, WSB 2K3 seemed to do it like this:
You were basically the GM, with the exception of being able to do your own lineup, substitutions, etc. However, you still had a manager, a scout, a minor league director, a pitching coach, and a batting coach. You would assign them duties, or what to work on harder.
For the manager, it was time spent on the following: Coaches, Stealing, Defense, and Time Off. Failure for your manager to comply with your needs will result in you wanting to fire him. You can do the same with the other coaches, meaning you can give them time to spend on such and such, and then they would work harder on that in particular. You can fire/hire other ones aswell.Comment
