None of my computer machines have a disc drive anywhere I can actually purchase a copy of this game for download?

The game is completely out of print and EA has never offered it as a digital download. Probably would never happen either. Licensing would be a mess to release an old baseball game from 16 years ago. You'd be better off buying a portable disc drive.
