Reset Your MyTeam Domination Mode

First off, Im not sure if this has been posted yet so if It has, I apologize... I looked and didnt see anyone having posted this yet...

So I had 99 stars... and finished domination mode... I missed out on some teams 3 star packs and was very sad... I started experimenting to see if I could find a way to reset it and was happy to find out a way...

So here goes...

(Reset Dom Mode Stars)

1. Start a game in domination against any team
2. Quit just before tip by just exiting back to the domination area
3. This will reset the stars. This didnt work before but it must have been added recently to curb community anger over the lack of information regarding domination mode

(Criteria For Earning 3 Stars)

1. 80 Pts as a team
2. At least 5+ blks and some steals
3. A player with 20+ pts and two players with at least 10+ pts

DO NOT PLAY A SLOW GAME. YOU HAVE TO RUN N GUN BUT TAKE SMART SHOTS. (FAST PICK N ROLL ACTIONS, FAST 3's, FASTBREAKAWAY 2's)

Its possible to get 3 stars (6k MT pts min) even if you wont get 80 points so If you get 68 or 70 something dont trip... I just dont like being anywhere near the cutoff because if you fall short slightly youll be mad lol...

You don't even need to play the game, you can just quit after you start

Thats interesting... that wasnt working when I first got the game... they must have slipped that in the recent patch because I had already tried that...

It does work though... just tried it...

So this tactic is for people who have finished the game mode?

It clears the star status of a specific game.

So for example... if you have 3 stars against the magic and you use this, it will clear the game down to 0 stars. Im going through and clearing all my games right now...

Remember, this will consume contracts.

Sounds great, I'd be all over it, but for the love of the life I can't get this game to give me 3 stars. Doesn't seem to matter what in the world I do, I'm lost and confused at this point.

Does using Gold players actually work against you?

I've read thread after thread till my eyeballs bleed but it just doesn't seem to want to cough up the stars

You gotta use bronze players... they have the 3x multiplier which pushes you over 6000 myteam points...

I just had a game against OKC where I got over 9000 myteam points... with all bronze players lol

But what happens if you already got a pack, any pack (1, 2, or 3 stars) - clear the stars and then get the same number of stars the second time? Do you get another pack if you already got one for that star level?

Wait so can you get all of the best players from a team by doing this?

Can you confirm that you get a 3 star pack, get a player, reset via this method, and get a player again from a 3 star pack?

In other words does it work if you've already received the 3 star pack, or only if you missed out on the pack but got 3 stars by playing multiple games?

This does work first time I played the heat I got Chalmers reseted mines and got Ray Allen and batter currently doing this for lebron

I would guess this is a bug and not intended behavior. Get your 3 star packs while you can.

This does work first time I played the heat I got Chalmers reseted mines and got Ray Allen and batter currently doing this for lebron

Good Luck, its possible cus my first 3 star miami pack last week I got Battier and earlier I got Beasley then did it again and got Lebron. It was a dup though, got him out of the MyTeam All-stars pack. Will try again to get D-Wade.
