I'm doing single player tournaments only, I won 3 games in the gold tournament but lost the 4th by a game winning tip in by Walt Bellamy. It was fun though. At least we don't have play half court trap all game long without caring about whether you win or lose. Didn't like the game mode anyways.

I always played to win regardless.. and having defensive objectives to push the score over 6000 was fun..


I mean its still playable, but its hard to get motivated without the packs..

Yeah I tried last night and it didn't reset the star. This was after getting blown out by the Rockets... lost by 30. Next game I wasted contracts to try to reset the stars (my first time trying to do that) and of course it didn't work.

So now that this doesn't work any more, can we still get three stars if we've only gotten 1 previously?

And given that I beat the Heat, Thunder, Warriors by a combined 60+, the 30 point loss to the Rockets makes me wonder if there was some server-side game tweaks made.

Maybe I start domination games with my Gold lineups or even a mixture. Probably win by 50 and get 3000 MTP though.

The tournaments are the only thing left to do. I won the first 3 games of the gold tournament, but in the 4th game I was up 58-25 and I got kicked of the servers and my game crashed. So, because I didn't finish the game, I was eliminated from the tournament and was forced to start over. This is a little off topic, but it shows how the other game modes suck

Pretty sure you still have as many tries as you need to get 3 stars. Got 3 on Brooklyn last night after already having 2.

You can still buy packs with MT points. You don't need to spend real money. It just is going to take forever with the amount if doubles you will get when you are close to completing a collection.

Domination is not dead, using a exploit to get super teams is dead. You guys are something else you always are complaining about something. First everyone has super players, so 2k does something to prevent it because it was not intended to farm on domination i dont believe. They fix it and now you say its dead. Only thing is the guys who did it first will still have the super teams, im okay with it. Pause timer to win mt in rtp and exploiting domination was not the way the game was intended.

In your eyes 2k can do nothing right.

Domination is not dead, using a exploit to get super teams is dead. You guys are something else you always are complaining about something. First everyone has super players, so 2k does something to prevent it because it was not intended to farm on domination i dont believe. They fix it and now you say its dead. Only thing is the guys who did it first will still have the super teams, im okay with it. Pause timer to win mt in rtp and exploiting domination was not the way the game was intended.

they would've been right if they only got rid of the pause timer to win MT in rtp thing. Domination rewarded players who actually played games. Nothing wrong with that. People who played the most had the best teams.

But i doubt it was ever meant that you could just reset and try over and over. I have played domination and i mostly get silvers sure it sucks, but you roll with the hand you are dealt.

Im happy with the changes. Getting a gold in domination should be quite the treat not the. Oh well i got a silver ill just keep farming it till i get the gold.

It was the contracts they care about. Domination was a great way to farm contracts (the best way actually). They want you using VC to renew contracts hoping you'll eventually buy some.
