How to complete collections fast?

I was watching some guy on twitch and he already has like 800 cards, spending no vc. How do you get so many players?? I don't mind spending some VC, but I am almost done with domo and I am going through gold packs and getting pulls and I only have like 70 cards and not even close to a collection done.

Buy the cheapest pack instead of the most expensive, also he did the MT Glitch i'm sure. Only way.
