He's not worth getting. Being 5'3 is a deathwish in this game. Not to mention aside from a 77 mid range, the rest of his shooting stats are in the 60's. If there is one reedeming factor about him, it's that he is a fantastic passer. But players like Rondo and CP3 are just as good at passing, and much better at everything else. Rondo is cheaper, and CP3 is around the same price as Muggsy.
Also, Terry Cummings is an animal. Or at least he was in 2k14. He was my starting PF up until I stopped playing. Fantastic post moves, great finisher down low, a good rebounder, and has a decent midrange jumper.
