I think the glitch was BS...but is it really the fault of those players that 2K had a glitch in the game they made and the system (Auction House) that they provided?

Not sure that is completely fair.

And also not sure how effective it will be.

Are they banning IP addresses? Or just the PSN/2K accounts? If that's the case, those users could easily start over...

I'm not sure how I feel about this, to be honest. I can see both sides of it...

I am having a very gidday as I didn't get banned. If I did it would have been no big deal anyway. I've got other exploits for 2K15 anyway so starting over would have been easy enough.

Not everyone got banned, most of my friends who I told the MT glitch to didn't get banned either. They were the guys putting up Lebrons for 30k, and the same with D-Wade's etc. It seems that 2K just picked a bunch of random people to ban who they think did the MT glitch.

Also if people did get banned, they can access the auction house from their new account provided they haven't been signed into their banned account first.

Once again 2K fails.
