How do you guys deal with the Input Lag?

MyTeam is very fun, but I can't even enjoy the best part of the mode - RTTP, because every match is plagued with unplayable input lag.

How do you guys deal with it?

And what are ways to keep the mode fun 'offline' - by that I mean, without playing other players. I'm 6 stars away from completing Domination.

After a few games, you can get used to releasing shots earlier than you would offline. The lag makes it so you get good releases etc.

Offline, just do challenges etc with random lineups.

Or just play others in friendly private games.

Yes, but defense is even worse. It's literally impossible for me.
