But you can just put gold badges on the normal gold one, can't you? I've only been doing the sapphire collection of expensive players, like Hakeem, Russell, MJ, the Malones, Big O etc.

I sold my gold once I got sapphire, but I am gonna start getting them back in case I want to use for challenges.

In RTTP, badges only work on gems. Also, the pistol Pete collection is like 5 cards and 50k.
