Nope, they have to be "Sapphire" players. Blue gem trim. Diamond KD is consider "diamond".

Great challenge! Finally get to use your ruby sapphire onyx, etc players and the challenege isn't THAT difficult. Of course, I've only played the first game so far, but it wasn't that bad. I actually had FUN. There wasn't even any real CPU cheese either. Won by 7. Went on a 16-7 run in the 4th.

Unfortunately, got two injuries in that game Sapphire Batum (who is a beast) and Sapphire Deng.

Now onto game 2.

If you can't beat the normal challenges that give you Jalen Rose etc, then idk what to tell you. And buying 6 players from Team X isn't hard, nor expensive.
You could sell back the players also. You don't have to spend a dime to get quite a few sapphires.

Some people complain about everything... It's a challenge that can potentially give you a player like Ruby Curry (130k MT value), Ruby LBJ, Durant etc. and in the worst case scenario, you end up with a 87+ overall player with great stats.

IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE A HIGH END CHALLENGE THAT REQUIRES HIGH END CONTENT PLAYERS AND IT REWARDS YOU WITH HIGH END CONTENT

Just started to play the East team right now, what difficulty is it set on? And if you play the East is it going to be only an East ruby player or is it any ruby?
