Domination and Challenge Difficulties??

Does anyone know what level of difficulty these are on exactly? I just got into it and played the first few games of Domination (I won easily) but I doubt it's that easy moving forward? What's the difficulty level?

Same goes for the Challenges, especially since there are 5 levels.

I dunno about domination difficulty but you just got to play to get 800 plus mt. That means run in transition other than that only score in the post. You need the assist the post move and score. Take one 3 or 2 so you keep your percentage high. The same with free throws. Also double team or sag so far off they have to score you need to be getting the ball back and scoring the clock is against you.
