Finally got a reply. But they asked for my email. Now for another 24 hours.

They send an email back saying my case has been "escalated" to the next level and that they go in chronological order to attend to these Sapphire Dr J cases.

BUT I finished the collection the day the packs launched and have been waiting 3 days. You mean, my case hasn't come up yet?

I got MJ in my first pack, so I can take the losses but I bought Blake for around 120k and now he is currently 75k MT. All because of 2k's incompetencies.

That's BS, I completed it Saturday morning and been waiting. They're ppl that summited tickets yesterday and got him today. I think it takes longer when tickets get escalated.
