Vince Carter woulda been dope but they did confirm Ruby Vince Carter for some other pack/event.

I am not sure that they really understand their business. If they did they would not give PD cards for free to some people, (who would buy packs if they had 4-5 PD players?) and also they wouldn;t give away the best historic players almost for free with the Sapphire versions.

Also giving away a Sapph Yao, or Dominique to everyone pretty much devaluates all packages.
Same applies for every Ruby Dunker, these packages have devaluated all packages.

They have even retired Onyx Wade from TBT packs (wait, WHAT????)

I am pretty sure that in all their mess they didn't think rational for just one player.
