Unfortunately, the answer is still no. Spoiler tags still load the image on the page, and part of the purpose of the rule is to keep page loading times down.

Sell, it doesn't matter how great his ratings are bigmen don't dominate in this game like perimeter players. His price is only going to drop week by week so sell now. With the MT you get complete the dunk the funk collection and a few others.
