    Best gold Center duo

Hi all, I need your support.

I have won 8 times in a row seed 1 with various teams

For this reason I will run a non-gem team, with small budget

My starting line-up will be golds
    PG: Lillard
    SG: George
    SF: Lebron
    PF: Durant
    C :?

As you may see as I play with stretch PF therefore It is really important that my Center is defense are rebounding dominant.
At the same time since I play with lot's of pick 'n roll fades it would be very usefull that he could hid a mid-range.

So who do you think would be a better solutions? Cousins? Jefferson?

I don't think any of the current Cs is defense and rebounding dominant with a midrange, there's hardly any C like that in the game. I'd just use Dwight, you don't need to be able to hint PnFs with your C if you're running a 4-1.

On a budget, I'd go Joakin Noah if you need that mid-ranger (He's a 81 standing mid)

          Re: Best gold Center duo

What's your budget? KChape25's suggestion of Horford is a pretty good one in the sense that Horford is very good at mid-range shots and also a quite good rebounder, though only adequate at defense. Big issue with Horford is his oddball slow-slow-slow-slow-FAST release.

Cousins might be a better option for economical with good midrange and rebounding and adequate defense. Or Marc Gasol for midrange and defense, but adequate rebounding. Parish for good but not excellent in all three attributes.

Or for Defense and Rebounding but poor shooting, then Dikembe.

And if you have a lot to spend, then Ewing, Robinson, or Hakeem...

Thank you all. My scope is to have a cheap team, to feel some competition. I just won another seed 1 with 9-1
            Ruby Lillard
            Sapph Nique
            Lebron
            KD
            Ming.

Unfortunately lat 6 games were against players who just spam 3s which is a shame. Budget is not a problem. I have 200K left plus Sapph Erving on my collection.

Oh, sorry, didn't really read your original post closely. Now I get it.

If you want to get the best Defending, Rebounding, and Pick'n'Pop Center, but want him to be cheap, then Talkin_bout_prac's suggestion of Joakim Noah is most on-point.

Why limit yourself to golds? Why not Emeralds or other Gems below a certain OVR?

Do you really need a true Center? Why not use Tim Duncan or Kevin Love

                    Re: Best gold Center duo

Duncan doesn't have enough strength to play with Durant as pair, while Love is not good defender. Their mid-range is that the same level with Cousins and Noah.
Probably I will go with those two.

I'd go with Noah. He has much better defense than Jefferson and Cousins. He can rebound well and he can hit midrange shots when you get used to his shot.

                          Thank you all

I got Noah and Cousins as a back-up

I won Seed1 with Lillard/George/LBJ/Durant/Noah with 10-2 with a win in the last game vs a superstack cheesy team.
It was harder but I did in on my first try. So I believe that especially if you use also Yao,Nique etc, you don't really have to spend more than 150K to win seed 1, thus all cards are overpriced.

For sure there are cards like Sapphire erving which are better, I have used him and he is immense, but now I feel much better withmyself having won seed 1 with a cheap team
