I think the Early Tip Off Edition got you 10k VC and 3 emerald packs with guaranteed emerald players.

The Jordan Collectors Edition got you the 30k VC plus a bunch of Jordan stuff for your myplayer.

Jordan you get the packs too. Maybe you mistook the packs for the default packs you get when you choose a team. My 3 packs and the Jordan card actually didn't even show up until this morning. I got Devin Booker, Marvin Williams, and Klay Thompson from them.
