Runes?

I tried using the search feature on this forum but didn't see anything about this...that, and I've looked all over Twitter and Google and didn't find much of anything else. Feel free to ignore if this was asked before --- this is the first time I've ever played MyTeam.

I was rotating a Bruno Caboclo card I acquired in a pack when the bronze stripe on the side started "glitching" out. I thought it was a graphical glitch but it stopped after a few seconds, after which a "rune" symbol attached itself to the bronze stripe:



I tried this for other cards in my collection but nothing happened. Does anyone know what this feature does?

Runes are a new feature added in MYTeam this year. I don't know what they do since the game just came out. I think they're rare though.

Where do you go in MyTeam to rotate the card?

You do edit card view card, rotate. I got a rune in Al Jefferson. I have no clue what it is

This just rotates the card. How do you flip it?

Just found one on my Rashad Vaughn. No clue what it does. It shows as 1 of 5 on the card.

Is Rashad Vaughn a bronze card? And did you flip it or rotate it? I looked on all of my cards and nothing happened.
