Jordan meet up ?

Need some help have grinded all the way to having Jordan in my connections In my career trying to get terminal 23 court it's been hell. But now that I have him in my connection I can't seem to trigger the first meet up no matter how many times I click in and out. what's going on ? If somebody can help I would greatly appreciate it thanks in advance.
